Haad Khontee Beach

Koh Phangan Beaches Guide
|
Faced to the south, a tiny Haad Khontee is located northeast of Haad Rin Nok (Sunrise) beach. In past time there was a Haad Khontee resort here but now the beach is looked deserted
with dilapidated bungalows on sunny beach.
More than one hundred meters long, beautiful Haad Khontee covered with coarse sand and is limited from both ends by large granite boulders. This is a good place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Haad Rin Nok beach.
A quiet sandy beach, coconut trees and a small coral reef, what else is needed for perfect relaxation on a tropical island. Do not try to get here by swimming, the water is full of hidden rocks and strong currents, which have claimed many lives drunken daredevils, especially in the days of the Full Moon Party. |
