 Little-known and rocky, Ao Hin Lor beach is located between Haad Rin and Baan Kai beaches on the southeast coast of Koh Phangan. If you are staying at Baan Tai you will pass through a very scenic Ao Hin Lor area on your way to Full Moon Party.
In this part of the island is dominated by the rough mountainous landscape with a rare scattering of restaurants, bars and hotels with spectacular sea views and outlines of Samui island vanish in the haze.

Located between Baan Kai and Full Moon Party beach, Thongyang Seaview Restaurant & Lounge Bar has the dream location with stunning panorama views of Koh Samui. This restaurant is renowned for its extensive selection of seafood, from Barracuda fillet to crab yellow curry, but apart from the great seafood selection Thongyang Seaview also provides International dishes. Highly recommended is Pla Nueng Manao (white snapper with lime sauce ) or Pla Lard Prik (Crispy fish filet topped with three-flavor sauce – spicy, sweet and sour). A cup of Thai coffee is a fine ending to your seafood journey at Thongyang Seaview. This restaurant is an ideal place for romantic sunset dinner.

 In finding for tranquillity in Haad Rin beach is advisable to stay in town or on less cute Haad Rin Nai (sunset) beach, where the cost of accomodation is much lower, or preferably in Haad Seekantang (Leela) beach hotels or even on other Koh Phangan beaches.
