The islands Koh Rayang Nai and Koh Rayang Nok are located south of Koh Chang island and slightly west of Koh Mak, just opposite the Makathanee Resort pier.
To get to Koh Rayang Nok from Koh Mak's shore for 15 min by kayak and to Koh Rayang Nai which is
uninhabited, during low tide you can be reached by foot. Be careful not to step on a sea urchin!

Koh Rayang Nai is currently in private ownership and for visit there is required fee 100 Bath. During low season on the island is not inhabited and visit for snorkeling - free. Underwater world and coral reefs around Koh Rayang is not so rich in marine life, like say for example Mu Koh Surin or Koh Tao, but is nevertheless considered one of the best in local waters. Best sites for snorkeling are located around western and southern sides of the island. Moreover, there are buoys where you can dock your kayak. A depth of about 3-5 meters. Visibility under water 5-8 meters. |

In northern part of Koh Rayang Nai is a beautiful white sand beach with views of Koh Mak south coast. This is a good place for family vacation. In island's central part at the foot of the hill is the only resort offering accommodation for up to 15 bungalows.
Bungalows are equipped with fans, there is a restaurant and facilities for water activities. Electricity for guests swith on from 18.30 to 22.30
Room prices: 1500-3100 Bath, depending on the size of bungalows and season.
In eastern part of the beach there is a small massage hut. |

On the shore a lot of trees, in the shade of it you can hide in afternoon heat. There is a volleyball net. |
