 Although shopping is not quite what usually attracts people to Lonely beach, however there are places where you can leave some money, exchanging it for the wonderful memories of Koh Chang island, in the form of tattoos, souvenirs and gifts sold in a few local shops.
As an alternative, and the best way is to go to Bangbao village filled with shops, boutiques and seafood restaurants, where by local businessmen offer a wider choice of goods and other necessary products for holiday. |

 What to Buy in Lonely beach

 Don't expect to see much more than the usual assortment of beach clothing of all types and styles, sunglasses and flip-flops including a version of the famous ' Croc ', tailors, paintings, batik, Thai crafts, Koh Chang Souvenirs, gifts, t-shirts with quirky sayings on them.
Tattoo apparently is the main business in this village, as Lonely beach has its own cluster of tattoo studios, about a half-dozen artists. Most prefer to do a bamboo tattoo, if You want to get more traditional and less painful result. Look at the Green Tattoo, where the main master named Kieow (Green in Thai language), makes some very nice, unique bamboo tattoo.
Be sure to try the dried seafood (squid, fish and others) is one of the most popular accessories on the beach! |

Where to Shop in Lonely beach |
 All the major shops in Lonely beach including a pharmacy and mini-marts are located on either side of Koh Chang main road. The majority of stores is located in the centre of the Lonely village.
And the best option is to go to Bangbao fishing village filled with shops, boutiques and restaurants of which there and where the local trading millionaires, presents a wider choice of goods and other essential holiday items. Take your time and patience find half an hour over lunch or a cup of coffee.
