How to Get Ao Ta Pao beach |
 Ao Ta Pao beach was stretched along the western side Koh Kood, near the main administrative centre of island. Nearby there is buddist temple, school, police and hospital. In northern part, the beach decorates a long concrete Sapan Namleuk pier, which once we serve as a place of landing of tourists arriving on Koh Kood.
To the north from a pier, there is resort - Shantaa Koh Kood. In the beginning of a pier there is an information booth where it is possible to take an interest in your site or to receive other helpful information.

 Ao Tapao beach in the majority of days - is empty, except for northern part where Shantaa Koh Kood is located. Here there is the tiny beach washed by shrill - emerald, crystal-clear waters. The length of this coast hardly more than ten meters, and is closer to a resort it is filled with large stones. Nevertheless, for visitors Shantaa, here there are plank beds, umbrellas, a beach bar with healthy drinks and means for productive leisure, kayak and snorkeling.
Usually there are some food-vendors at the entrance of the pier where you can buy a drink, but of course you can also visit one of the resorts.
To the south of a pier, wide sandy strip covered with coconut palms and other greens, was stretched hardly more than hundred meters. Here there are no stones, it is a lot of sand and clear waters, but on shore there are no sunbeds. Walk in this direction will lead you to Ao Noi beach.
