Where to Shop on Koh Lanta's Southwest Beaches

 If you want to buy something in Ko Lanta south beaches head to two main places - Klong Nin beach and Kantiang beach. Both have unique shops where the owners, or make products themselves or know the exact origin of the goods.
Expect to pay a little more but the quality and styles is definitely worth it. |

 Rawi Warin Resort Souvenir shop
|
 Spacious air-conditioned room of the shop to the right of the entrance to Rawi Warin Resort and Spa is filled with goods where you will find interesting souvenirs, jewelry, including pearls and silver variety of gifts, jewelry from seashells, wood, clothes, sunglasses, Spa cosmetics, handbags, hats and much more.
All neatly laid out and beautifully presented.

7/11 |
 It is nice to know that 7/11 remains open 24 hours a day and prices to stay (plus or minus) at the same level regardless of whether a shop in a tourist place or not.
And please do not forget that under Thai law to sell alcohol (incl. beer is permitted only between 11:00 - 14:00 and 17:00 to 24:00. 7/11 strictly adheres to this law, so that if you want to buy booze - first take a look at the clock. Here you can find ATMs.

Handmade Shop |
 Cute little shop with a white facade selling a range of craft goods, including clothing, pottery, toys and handmade paintings. The owner speaks good English, and the popularity of its products has grown so that now they have created a website where you can buy goods online.
Opening hours: Daily 09:00 - 18:00

Win Jeang |
 Unlike the stereotypical Thai shops selling shorts, T-shirts, bikini, beach clothes, Win Jeang offers genuine products. They have higher quality and therefore more expensive but the shop has a good assortment of sizes and styles of beachwear, including Bali, Billabong, Quiksilver and own womens brand Roxy.
Opening hours: Daily 09:00 - 19:00
Location: Klong Nin beach on the corner on the right as soon as you turn toward the beach from the main road on the west coast. Kan Tiang beach is also right in the centre of the village, after a Drunken Sailor.

Drunken Tailors |
 A branch of the hugely popular Drunken Sailors café this shop has grown from selling small items that the owner used to sell at his cafe. With an assortment of unique, colorful and interesting clothing (scarves, fisherman pants, dresses, sarongs and skirts) and handmade jewelry, be sure to find something truly unique.
The whole item is or handmade or delivered from the North of Thailand.
