 All good restaurants in north part of the island are located near Koh Lanta's beaches. Klong Dao beach and Phrae Ae (Long) beach have a wide choise of restaurants on Koh Lanta, whether it is a traditional Thai, a seafood restaurant, pizza or western restaurant.
In general, Ko Lanta has high quality restaurants and cafes, but that would get delicious food and really high quality put aside hotels and beaches and try independent gastronomic venues along the main road of the island. Rates in many restaurants in the North Lanta is generally cheaper than in other places of the island. |

 Kaw Kwang Seafood Restaurant

Ling Uan |
 Meaning in translation "Fat Monkey", obviously 'cute' name for the western frient of owner, this restaurant is a great place for those who do not know what they want to eat. Offering food is really good quality, burgers, pasta, salads and Thai food, you will definitely wake up your appetite. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes of dishes and standard. Thai food in Ling'uan has sharp scale, so it is advisable to choose before ordering the quantity of pepper.
This restaurant also has a large and popular bar and cocktails here - real specialization, but if you don't know what to choose - ask the bartender - you will tell.

Willie Restaurant |
 Quite comfortable when it comes to tastes and preferences. Willie does not shy away from anything that can satisfy the stomachs of clients. Pasta, schnitzel, steaks, seafood, curries and soups - it's all here, in the room with conditioned air. Here can be a good idea to have breakfast in the english or american style, granola, and food made to drink tea, fruit shakers or coffee. Every day there is a special menu.

 If you are looking for something for a special event, look at the Red Snapper. Two dutch chefs prepare excellent tapas and high-quality western food, which can be enjoy in a lush tropical garden. There is a good wine list, but don't expect a cheap night, but cooking is worth it.
During the high season advance booking is recommended.

Time for Lime |
 Advertising itself as a Thai fusion restaurant, Time for Lime has an enviable sea views and their modern restaurant of stone and concrete blends well with the surroundings. The sunset here should be assessed at least once, with a large glass of wine of good quality. Food and drinks are of the highest standard, so expect the price for the dinner on the beach. Every day there is a tasting menu and a happy hour with some eclectic cocktails, between 15:00 and 18:30.

 German bakery, brightly colored (yellow and green) café is most known for his German breakfasts which present their own homemade rye bread. Here daily also bake an assortment of other breads, pies and cookies, and you can order cakes at your request, for special events.
This cafe can be really busy during the high season and the service tends to be a little slow, so don't come in here without warning or if you are in a hurry, but plan to enjoy coffee and donuts.

 A staunch supporter for partygoers, Mr Green is a place for a very late dinner smoothly flowing in the breakfast room. Kwan's Thai Food |
 Typically, the number of Thai people in the restaurant - is a good indicator of how it is well prepared. In the case of Kwan's, this place is full weekend by Thais, and is often visited by many locals, confirming the quality of the food. Although, here is a little more expensive than similar restaurants, the portions are very solid and quality of food will not leave you indifferent. Menu curry all colors, Khao Soi (a popular dish from Northern Thailand - noodles mixed with curry+chicken, onions, pickled vegetables and herbs), soups, pancakes, fish dishes and seafood and other Asian goodies.

 The main competitor of P. Kob, The Palm restaurant despite the limited menu is constantly attracts large crowds of tourists.
